Description
Celebrate with us, the Land Office has stood at the cross-roads of our downtown for 100 years! Built in the Spring of 1919 of grey brick recycled from a building in the sawmill town of Fivay, this oldest brick building in New Port Richey was built to be a bank but was first occupied by the Port Richey Company to sell land.
It has served generations of local residents primarily as the Land Office of George R. Sims, the Real Estate Office of Michael Milbauer, the Law Office of Richard (Dick) Milbauer, and from 2010 – 2019+ the Investment Advisory Office of Derek Pontlitz.
