Mark Katanani is Principal Consultant at Capability Methods, an independent advisory practice based in Wesley Chapel. He helps owner-managed businesses across Tampa Bay and Florida find out where they stand on operations and AI before they spend, then keeps the plan moving and builds the foundation. Mark is TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a SAFe Release Train Engineer, and he holds a U.S. patent in AI/ML-based defect prediction. His work is fixed-fee, written-scope and led personally from start to finish. He joined the Greater Pasco Chamber to meet the owners and advisors who are building local businesses.
